As I travel through the colorful works of Jagoda's painting, I can always count on a chuckle or two with his quick wit of equally unique titles. Bio: After painting for several years in NYC,  beginning in 1984, Steven Jagoda was involved in the artistic interpretation and execution of the production and installation of
